Challenge Objective
For the Maven Pizza Challenge, you’ll be playing the role of a BI Consultant hired by Plato's Pizza, a Greek-inspired pizza place in New Jersey.
You've been hired to help the restaurant become more data-driven, and have been asked to analyze customer transactions to identify key opportunities. Your first task is to build a report to help uncover opportunities to increase sales and improve operational efficiency.
Your report should be able to answer the following questions:
What days and times is the restaurant busiest?
How many pizzas made during peak periods?
What are the best and worst selling pizzas?
What's the average order value?
How well is the restaurant utilizing seating capacity? (15 tables, 60 total seats)
About the Data Set
A year's worth of sales from a fictitious pizza place, including the date and time of each order and the pizzas served, with additional details on the type, size, quantity, price, and ingredients.

The "Fan Favorite" winner will be determined based on project likes on the Maven Showcase page exactly 1 week after the challenge deadline, and other finalists and winners will be selected by the Maven Analytics team via live vote, and announced from the Maven Analytics LinkedIn account.
